Its natural resources, its historical-artistic patrimony, its neighbouring with the Aeolian islands and an intense port activity pushed it through the re-discovering of an innate tourist vocation which it has been soon developed. The economy of the city is characterized by productive activities joined to the environment which became very important as the farming and the cultivation of flora. |

CEFALU' Since the prehistory, it has been inhabited. Nowadays is one of the most famous seaside resorts of Palermos district, patronized not only for the beauty of its coasts but also for the strong naturalistic interest of its mountains that round it, where takes place the Madonie Natural Park. The wonderful Cathedral, the ancient fortress, the Osterio Magno testify the great historical and architectonical value of this beautiful town. |

CAPO
ZAFFERANO This calcareous promontory under the Catalfano Mount at the east side of the gulf of Palermo, gives home to the famous arc of rock generated by millenniums of erosion, called Arco dei Baci chosen by a notorious Italian chocolates industry as scenery for its spots. Along the cliff, vigorous groups of dwarf palm, caper-bushes and Indian fig, colour of an intense green the nude and clear rock. |

PALERMO The chief town of Sicily and fifth city of Italy. It is the cradle of the most ancient civility, it has always been a crossroad of culture between the East and the West. Strategic transit place, privileged port of call for merchant and commercial traffic, dock for different people, races, languages and religion. It enchanted visitors for its lucky position, for the moderate climate and for the beauty of its places. It is considered one of the most beautiful city in the world. |

CASTELLAMMARE
DEL GOLFO It is an important commercial centre and inside the port there is a considerable export of agricultural products. Thanks also to the extraordinary natural beauty of its coasts and to its immediate inland, the town became an important pole of tourist attraction. |

USTICA
It was born from the appearing part of a volcanic complex which also includes the submarine Monte Anchise. Its black coasts, pointed and irregular are full of ravines and caves, sailing there you can find wonderful caves (Azzurra, Pastizza, delle barche, verde, del tuono) which draw a labyrinth with tunnels and caves out of water creating a marine paradise which give it the appointment of Reserve. |
